Social Dimensions of Roma Marginalization

The paper aims to analyze aspects of Roma marginalization, by identifying and assessing the dimensions social needs within a compact community, located in marginalized urban area. effects economic crisis COVID-19 pandemic increase inequalities regarding situation. major challenge is reduce risk poverty, especially among families with children, people disabilities chronic diseases, but also exclusion at risk, based on accurate measurements phenomena. community profile indicates status inhabitants, which provides picture degree marginalization Roma. Thus, study was conducted constructing questionnaire as research tool, summarizes results activity information collection processing, both statistical methods percentage analysis. problems faced communities are low participation education, early school leaving, difficult transition tertiary lack adult skills, skills vulnerable labor market, access services, poor health housing. Measures for detection situations intervention lead positive preventing exclusion.
